For custom bridals and heavy formals, once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed.

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other secure methods as available.
2. Custom Orders

Custom outfits are made to the client’s provided measurements and preferences.

Libas Lounge is not responsible for issues due to incorrect measurements provided by the client.

Color and design may vary slightly due to screen resolution, lighting, and handcrafting techniques.
3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the type of outfit (e.g., bridals take longer due to handwork).

Delivery delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
4. Returns & Exchanges

Custom and bridal orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges for ready-to-wear items are only accepted if the item received is incorrect or damaged (must be reported within 48 hours).
