At Libas Lounge, each outfit is crafted with great care, attention to detail, and your special moments in mind. Due to the nature of our products, we have a straightforward policy to maintain fairness and transparency.
Bridals & Custom Orders

All bridal and custom-made outfits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

This includes any outfit made to your specific measurements, color preferences, or design customizations.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or altered.
Luxury Formals & Pret

We accept exchange requests only in cases where:

The product delivered is incorrect

The product is damaged upon delivery

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges unless the fault is from our end.
